Graduate student workers at the University of Michigan are on strike for better pay and working conditions. The University has dug in its heels and asked a court to order graduate students back to work. Fortunately, a local judge refused, for now. The strike continues and students are not backing down. We saw similar dirty tricks from Temple’s administration a few weeks ago, but they ultimately failed in the face of worker solidarity. We know that University of Michigan grad workers will be successful in their strike as well! The Graduate Employees’ Organization (GEO) has put out this letter of support and is soliciting signatures. Please sign to show solidarity with our comrades in Michigan.
