Temple’s administration announced that it would reverse its previous draconian measure of cutting health insurance benefits for striking graduate student workers. Negotiations have also begun again after TUGSA members voted down the tentative agreement that was reached at the end of February.

This just shows what power even a relatively small union has when workers stand together and don’t give in to management pressure. Imagine what we could do at CUNY!
