At the last CUNY Board of Trustees meeting (3/20) our fellow PhD students Zoe Hu and Jonathan Hanon testified about the material hardships of being a graduate student including low salaries, the lack of food services at the GC, rising student rents, as well as the lack of transparency in CUNY’s administration, the vote of no confidence at the GC, and more.
